Exhibit at 821 Glenferrie Road | Zeth Cameron

Zeth Cameron is a 23 year-old emerging artist and designer living in Hawthorn. Having only moved to Hawthorn recently, they are keen to become more involved in the local creative community, starting with renting a studio in the Hawthorn Arts Centre, applying for shows in local galleries, and joining one of Boroondara’s creative youth programs.

Having completed a Bachelor of Communication Design at Monash, Zeth hopes to pursue their newly-found passion for art within the Creative Arts (Honours) program at Deakin in 2021. Lately they have also been exploring a new interest in making rugs, with materials from Camberwell-based business ‘Australian Tufting Supplies’, which they hope to exhibit later this year.

Zeth’s work is fun, bold, and contemporary, often made with craft materials, acrylic paint and sculpture. Their biggest art idol is Misaki Kawai, whose work is currently on exhibit at NGV Kids.

‘Soft and Loud!’ is their first solo show located at 821 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn.
